Stock documentary about keeping fit and eating well of main interest in that it was directed by Arthur Lubin and features a number of Universal contract players - Robert Stack, Ann Gwynne, Don Porter, Brod Crawford, Andy Devine, Lon Chaney Jnr. The head of the factor lecturing his workers is really bossy!
