Book review – “Bob Hope: A Life in Jokes”

Hope was one of the great wise-crackers of the 20th century with an amazing career so it was a clever idea to have a book which tells a bit about his life and times through one liners. Not surprisingly not all of the jokes have worn well, and you have to imagine Hope’s delivery to get the full effect. Particular emphasis is on Hope’s friendships with various Presidents.
